This book hits on a lot of points that I have discovered through trial and error as a 30+ year migraine sufferer. Overall, I was disappointed though. There isn't anything new in it for me personally. I had hoped for more depth and a more comprehensive list of foods to avoid. The recipe section frustrated me because they contain ingredients such as peanuts that are on the list of possibly triggering migraines. This may be a good starting place for some though. I will keep looking.Product details

Very informative I needed some info on Migraine as my wife was just diagnosed with the disease after 20 years of supposed sinusitis
I would recommend this book to anyone with migraine headaches or suspected migrains
was very informative. opened my eyes to quite bit of information. Been struggling with migraine for most of my life and was happy to have come across a book such as this one1!1!

Helpful but very basic , I must of been looking for more simpler different information, but this was some helpful for sure
This book was very short and contained info that could be found for free on the Web. In addition, the recipes in the back use some of the ingredients he recommended against. It is convenient to have the info gathered if you don't have the inclination to find it yourself.
